What we are glad to hear about
- Something has gone out of date. A venue that closed, a price that moved, an opening time that changed, a rule that was rewritten. Include the page address if you can — it saves a lot of searching.
- Something is wrong. Factual errors, a mistranslated German term, a U-Bahn line that does not run the way we described it. We would rather be corrected than ranked.
- A gap in the coverage. If you looked for something on the site and it was not here, that is useful information about what to write next.
- Press, research or permissions. Quoting, citing or asking about reuse of anything published here.
What we cannot help with
We do not book anything, and have no relationship with any hotel, tour operator, restaurant or club mentioned on the site — so we cannot make a reservation, change one, or intervene when one has gone wrong. Bookings need to go to the business itself, or to whoever you booked through.
We also cannot answer the sort of question that only your own itinerary can settle — whether four days is enough, whether a particular hotel suits your family. The guides are written to help you answer those yourself, and the itinerary section is the best starting point.
